Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

Emergency Gas Services
If you smell gas and suspect a leak; locate your gas meter and shut off the gas supply by closing the Emergency Control Valve (ECV) to the left of the meter. Perpendicular to the pipe is closed, in line with the piper is open. Call 0800 111999 if you cannot locate the ECV or turn it off.
